We had our son’s party here last night and cannot recommend this place enough for a kids party (as well as just a play). Brilliant fun, excellent food, very reasonable prices and the staff are fantastic at organising the parties and even provide your own party host to look after everyone. Thoroughly recommend. 🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children from babies through to primary school age, especially those celebrating birthdays. The three separate zones mean different-aged siblings can play simultaneously without conflict. Staff go well beyond the basics — including following up on a child who became unwell during a visit.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Pre-book for weekends — sessions can fill quickly
Call ahead before a weekday visit as private party bookings can close the venue
🎟️The industrial estate location is easy to miss — look carefully for signage
🚗Three separate zones mean babies, toddlers, and older children can all play at once

Brilliant place , My husband & I take our grandsons on a Thursday, Staff are fabulous and go above & beyond, my grandson took not well and the staff did all they could to help & even phoned the next day to see how he was, they both love their time at the soft play as do we. Second time myself and my children have visited here. We have found this soft play area cleaner than other soft plays (others commonly have inaccessible areas which are filthy with dust/crisp wrappers) the staff were particularly friendly, and interacted with the kids on arrival. Pre booking is recommended and the whole venue could be closed off for parties. Pricing is as you would expect for a soft play this size (3 storey, medium sized). There are 3 areas, the main area, a small toddler area (less impressive, felt empty with only 1 slide) and a baby area which was extremely well padded out. The coffee was good, and obviously my 3year old demolished her slush puppy. If we are this way again we would likely go again
