Rainbow Soft Play & Cafe
π London, Greater London
Indoor soft play centre in Bramley Park with separate zones for different age groups, featuring slides, ball pits, and climbing equipment. Operates in four daily sessions. Restaurant on site with freshly prepared food.
I've been to a few and I must say this was quite fun for the kids (and adults might I add) customer service was great and friendly team scattered all about (extremely crazy and busy) there three different sections that works with your kid age and needs. For a fussy eat like me. Food was great and there was plenty of different type of option we could choose from. Kids loved it we loved it. And we're deffo going again next Sunday. Oh and bonus their slides are sick! Like no slow business you'll go flying I had to use my hands to slow myself down so I don't slide and fly into any kids but for kids they fricken love it. Adult beware of slide burn on ya hands if your slowing down but sooooo worth it. Give this place a go cause we're literally calling and dragging our friends with kids to come here too. Can't wait to see how summer will being out the outdoor play. Thank you for existing.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 2-8 who want active play with age-appropriate zones and parental sightlines across most of the space. The slides are the highlight for confident 4-7 year olds. Parents with babies should assess the infant area on arrival before allowing unsupervised play β recent reports flag maintenance issues in that zone.

βThis is a really great soft play! Different sections for different age brackets and ball pits, slides etc. Thereβs parking on-site which is super helpful, and the food is amazing (see pics)! I was so impressed by this especially, as often the food at soft plays leaves a lot to be desired. The kidsβ fish fingers looked so high quality and I love that theyβre served with veg too.β

βIt's nice soft play, children have a good time. It's plenty of place for sit down for lunch or drink. Nice and clean place, receptionist is really helpful and polite. Good for parents to chill out. I do recommend it.β

βGood kids play area. Viewable from most angles to keep an eye on the kids. Pricing is good for what you get. Ample seating and security is good too with only one way in / out of the place. This place can get very busy so can easily turn into a congested area. Unfortunately, a few cons to mention in the cafe now. The food is extortionately priced and the price to quality ratio isnβt the best. They charge over Β£11 for a toastie meal and itβs adequate at best. Itβs overpowered with rocket and salad but the actual main food quantity is average at best. The eggs Benedict was very poor. It tasted soggy and for the price, it wasnβt great. Customer service could be improved too.β

Overview
Rainbow Soft Play & Cafe runs four timed sessions daily across age-separated zones β younger children's areas, a main play structure with slides, and a ball pit. A restaurant on site serves freshly prepared meals. The venue has a single entry and exit point. Adults should slow descent on the faster slides. The baby zone has received separate maintenance notes in recent reviews.
