I've been to a few and I must say this was quite fun for the kids (and adults might I add) customer service was great and friendly team scattered all about (extremely crazy and busy) there three different sections that works with your kid age and needs. For a fussy eat like me. Food was great and there was plenty of different type of option we could choose from. Kids loved it we loved it. And we're deffo going again next Sunday. Oh and bonus their slides are sick! Like no slow business you'll go flying I had to use my hands to slow myself down so I don't slide and fly into any kids but for kids they fricken love it. Adult beware of slide burn on ya hands if your slowing down but sooooo worth it. Give this place a go cause we're literally calling and dragging our friends with kids to come here too. Can't wait to see how summer will being out the outdoor play. Thank you for existing.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 2-8 who want active play with age-appropriate zones and parental sightlines across most of the space. The slides are the highlight for confident 4-7 year olds. Parents with babies should assess the infant area on arrival before allowing unsupervised play β€” recent reports flag maintenance issues in that zone.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Sessions are timed β€” book in advance to secure your preferred slot, especially on weekends
⏰Adults should brace themselves on the faster slides to control speed
🎟️Check the baby area condition on arrival before placing young infants
πŸš—Parking is available in the adjacent council-managed car park

β€œThis is a really great soft play! Different sections for different age brackets and ball pits, slides etc. There’s parking on-site which is super helpful, and the food is amazing (see pics)! I was so impressed by this especially, as often the food at soft plays leaves a lot to be desired. The kids’ fish fingers looked so high quality and I love that they’re served with veg too.”

β€œGood kids play area. Viewable from most angles to keep an eye on the kids. Pricing is good for what you get. Ample seating and security is good too with only one way in / out of the place. This place can get very busy so can easily turn into a congested area. Unfortunately, a few cons to mention in the cafe now. The food is extortionately priced and the price to quality ratio isn’t the best. They charge over Β£11 for a toastie meal and it’s adequate at best. It’s overpowered with rocket and salad but the actual main food quantity is average at best. The eggs Benedict was very poor. It tasted soggy and for the price, it wasn’t great. Customer service could be improved too.”
