1 / 2Special Needs Adventure Playground
📍 Cannock, North West
SNAP is a charity-run adventure playground in Cannock designed exclusively for children and adults with special needs.
Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Very popular with families. Available to hire for parties.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Specifically designed for SEND families, SNAP excels where mainstream venues fail. The controlled session numbers mean the environment stays calm and predictable — critical for children with autism or sensory sensitivities who cannot manage the noise and crowd levels of standard soft play.

“Absolutely the best place to take your SEN child! We take our autistic, developmentally delayed son to the SEN sessions and he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately regular softplay centres are a no go for us anymore as loud music and large crowds of children was causing our child to have meltdowns but SNAP is absolutely amazing no loud music, and only a set amount of children allowed per session made everything a lot calmer for my child. Such a lovely atmosphere for your child to play without judgement. Brilliant sensory room which has lots of equipment that really helps my child relax and a nice softplay area with a huge ball pit. The outdoor play area is also amazing with lots to do for all ages and abilities including wheelchair accessible equipment. Toilets and changing areas are always clean. Honestly couldn’t fault this place at all been bringing my child here for a few months and will continue too also very affordable x”

“Great place for special needs children. Indoor play includes soft play with ball pit, crafts, toys (cars, dolls, musical instruments, make believe kitchen etc) and sensory room. And outside there is an adventure playground with plenty of equipment suitable for a range of abilities, a sand pit, bikes and sit on cars. Parents and carers have the facility to make hot drinks, squash etc. Lovely friendly place.”

“A wonderful safe place for SEND children/adults and their families. The staff are really friendly. The play equipment is well maintained. The soft play is a huge bonus on rainy days! It's a very welcoming environment, we immediately felt at ease. Our little one loves it. It's also very reasonably priced.”
