1 / 2Burntwood Alpaca & Animal Experience
π Burntwood, West Midlands
Small farm in Burntwood offering alpaca walking, keeper-led animal encounters, and seasonal events including Jurassic Farm and Santa's Grotto. Exclusive birthday party hire available with adventure play area and party barn.
Despite the weather, we had a great afternoon out. My wife and I did the zoo keeper experience and 4 just general admission. Lovely greeting when we arrived before being passed to Becky who was our guide. She was very friendly and had extensive knowledge about all the animals we fed. She made sure we had a brilliant time. Particular highlights were having Olive the barn owl fly to my hand, feeding the marmosets and handling a wonderful boa constrictor but to be honest, everything was great. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The others in our group also thoroughly enjoyed their visit from the other side of the pens. Highly recommended π
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with younger children who respond well to hands-on animal interaction guided by knowledgeable staff. The keeper-led format means children receive direct engagement rather than passive observation. Birthday party exclusive hire is a strong option for families who want a private, contained venue.

βWonderful 5th birthday party! Highly recommend the farm as a party venue. We held my sonβs party here, the farm was closed to the public, which I think is the advantage of having a February party! Completely enclosed so no worries of little escaping children. They can be free to explore. All of the children had a great time, the ones not so keen on animals were happy to play on the bouncy pillow and seemed very happy. Holly and the other staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. All for a great price point too! Thank you, we will be back!β

βMe and my kids had a lovely time here. It's not the biggest place but there is a fair variety of animals to see and interact with. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We were approached several times over our visit with facts about the animals we met and even invited to interact with them. (stroking the tortoise, brushing ponies etc) We felt very welcomed. P.s. Give my love to Jack the cockatoo βΊοΈβ

βItβs a nice place , staff friendly but we had a really bad experience when we wanted to eat there , everyone looking at us constantly , even turning back to our table just because we had 2 small kids with us and talking a foreign language. We decided to leave β¦β
