“We visited with 3 generations of my family on the morning of New Year's Eve and we had such a great time! From arriving we felt so welcome and Shaunagh's customer service was second to none! She was super attentive and so helpful with getting us all on a lane (there were 9 of us - 8 actually bowling) and got ramps out for my dad who is a wheelchair user. She took our drinks order at the lane and they arrived promptly. We then went for some food which was nice and brought to us by Amber who was also friendly and helpful. The bowling was great value for money because we went in the morning. Yes some areas of the bowling alley and bar area are in need of some tlc but it didn't detract from us having a great time - and the staff are lovely! Best New Year's Eve in years! We'll be back to visit again soon.”

“I went to the Super Bowl in Macclesfield with my grandchildren last month and used the soft play area and had an early tea . I have to say I was very impressed . A young lady called Ellie greeted us and was so pleasant and polite and she also took our order for food and cooked it to perfection ! It was so tasty & was delivered to our table hot !! ( not cold like in a lot of fast food restaurants!) Thank you very much for such an enjoyable visit , especially Ellie (Ellie Simmons) ,I asked her her name as I intended to give good feedback to her manager , it makes such a difference when staff are so pleasant to you in hospitality ! We will be back again soon !”

“We attended a party in the half term. We had a fantastic time. My children have special needs. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff, especially Shaun was very attentive and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent. They played bowling, had lunch, went into the soft play which was not overcrowded. A great afternoon out.”
