Substation is one of the beat places in Macclesfield, it is a warm inviting environment with great coffee and snacks! It's always clean. The climbing is great especially for my energetic son Huxley- his review is 'it's so great, I want to come here everyday' i love climbing as it makes me really strong and soon I will have big muscles! 💪🏻 Huxley age 8!

“Fantastic experience, beautiful music, loads of locations, great family time even with little ones, all the necessary facility are at place, even the beginners can always find something safe and appealing to them whilst profi guys enjoy challenges and take maximum heights and angles! “Wonderful climbing centre with a fab little cafe too. Great prices, friendly, helpful staff and a range of climbing grades to choose from. We ate the toasties, which were lovely and my son had a pizza - freshly cooked and tasked fantastic!! Highly recommend and we will be back!”

“Really nice place, nice atmosphere inside, food and drinks exceptional. My 4 year old and 10 year old loved it. Upstairs was a great learner wall and downstairs you can go as tough as you like.”
