1 / 3Swanley New Barn Railway
đ Swanley, Greater London
Volunteer-operated miniature railway in Swanley Park offering return journeys through the park with diesel and steam trains. Controlled by a historic Westinghouse signal box with full track circuits.
Great little ride from the car park to the activities, very welcome on a hot day carrying our things for the splash pool. ÂŖ2 each return, good value abd the kids loved it. Recommend!
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families combining the railway with a wider Swanley Park visit â particularly useful on hot days when carrying bags to the splash pool is tiring. Children of all ages enjoy the ride, and the low cost makes it easy to factor in as part of a day out. Dogs travel free, making it accessible for families with pets.
