“I have had parties at multiple different venues for my children’s birthdays. But WOW White Oak is by far the best!! It was so easy and stress free. The communication from booking the party to the actual day was great. Hayley made the process so easy and made sure everyone was catered for (even my son who is extremely fussy). On the day the cafe team were superb!! A special shout out to Thomas and Elsie they were extremely helpful they made sure we were looked after and helped with the set up of the party room. A young man (sorry don’t know his name) gave a very in depth safety briefing and answered any questions I had. He was very patient with my party of hyper, excited boys. (Well done) The kids left sweaty, tiered and very full up. Definitely a win! The team at White Oak were great! I will definitely be coming back and recommending you to everyone! Thank you for making my son’s birthday such a delight!!!”

“I went to have a look at the gym and its facilities, and I was really impressed from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff Libby and others were extremely friendly and helpful. They told me there were taster PT sessions available that day and kindly arranged for me to join one. I met the trainer, Rosie, who was excellent—professional, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the session so much that I’ve now booked seven PT sessions with her. The gym itself is clean, friendly, and very approachable, which made me feel comfortable straight away. Even the gym attendant, Callum, was so sweet. He reassured me that he was there to help with the equipment and was always nearby if I needed anything. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience, and I’m really looking forward to continuing my fitness journey there.”

I have now progressed to the main gym and I am getting stronger and more confident every day. “I have been to the centre a couple of times this month and would like to point out a young lady from the cafe. I do not know her name unfortunately but she was there Thursday last. Just a lovely and helpful young lady who nothing is too much for. Always very smiley and chatty with every customer. I think she's fantastic and I hope she gets her flowers 💐”
