The Rainforest Retreat Play Cafe

“We held our little girl’s second birthday party at Rainforest Retreat last week and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. Katie has an incredible eye for detail and the children’s food table, decorations, party bags and balloons were all beautifully done. The whole morning ran seamlessly which meant my partner and I could actually relax while the party unfolded around us (ideal!), our daughter loved every second and kept saying "party" for the next two days because she wanted it to carry on. The layout of the venue is ideal for babies and young children. Downstairs there is a cosy play area with plenty of tables and chairs where parents can eat and enjoy a coffee. After food you head upstairs to the main play space which has a ball pit, a small play gym, colouring areas, toys, a floor piano and more. The best part is the seating. You can relax on the bean bags with a full view of the play area while your toddler explores and plays freely and the cafe team brings you a coffee. Katie will often appear with a new activity to entertain the children such as bubble machines, sticker time or setting up a xmas reindeer food making table! We now visit at least once a week because it is such a great place for little ones to learn, investigate and have fun. All our friends loved it too and the cake company Katie recommended was fantastic. They were more than happy to create our Peppa Pig and Gruffalo mash up cake. 10/10. Katie and her team are outstanding and I cannot recommend Rainforest Retreat highly enough. Your little ones will love it! :)”

So much thought and attention to detail has gone into the play area, which include sensory toys, imaginative play and space to climb. It is super clean, with really friendly and welcoming staff.
