Multi-use venue with Yorkshire's largest indoor soft play, 3G sports pitches, dance studio, and cafe. Bongo Beats music classes for toddlers run drop-in with no term commitment required.
Tracey does an excellent job running bongo beats. She welcomes us warmly, makes an effort to remember names and ask after us. Her classes are phenomenal. She uses a similar structure every week, which the kids soon pick up. It's been lovely to watch them grow in confidence as a result of her leading the sessions. She chooses fun nursery rhymes and songs. There's excellent opportunity for language development. She always assumes competence and talks to the children on their level. Tracey is great at playing instruments herself and her songs are always catchy. It's great and shows real skill that she can cater for a wide age range in one class. I love bringing the little ones to the classes here. I also love that the classes are a drop in model and we don't have to sign up for a term at a time. Thanks so much Tracey & the zone!

βBongo beats is a fantastic class for toddlers. All my grandchildren have absolutely loved it. Tracey is a brilliant playleader and makes it structured but also great fun. There's music, singing, dancing, bubbles, streamers and parachute games. It's a joy.β

βVisited today for the first time, I found the booking sessions a good idea so that the play gym was not overly busy and they could regulate the amount of people inside. However, the baby area was absolutely filthy! I canβt comment about the other section as I didnβt go inside but see the picture of the baby wipe just wiping the mats/floor in the baby area the dirt that came off is disgusting. Inside the toilets there was no soap, not in the ladies/menβs or disabled. The hand dryers did not work.β

βVisited the play gym this morning with external temperatures in the minuses. Inside the building was freezing, no heating on. Children were shivering. We asked the staff if the heating could be turned on. Which they said they weren't able to do due to only management controlling the heating system. Multiple other parents all commented on the temperatures inside the building and how it's spoiled their experience. Also the electric gate that allows visitors in and out wasn't working allowing a lot of children to run in and out with ease. Making the whole experience quite stressful constantly keeping an eye on the gate to ensure my young 2 year old didn't go near it. For a venue that caters to young children, the bare minimum you expect is a warm safe environment.β
