This park is home ground for me and well visited. Its clean at all times. Its big, friendly and absolutely part of my survival in Glasgow. Its home to a few foxes. It has an animal farm for the kids (I'm still one) and it has one of the most beautiful buildings on the property. My pictures will prove it.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children under 8 who respond well to animals, open space, and nature walks. The farm area is the standout draw for young children. Bring a packed lunch as there are no refreshments on site. Those after structured play equipment will find the park light on that front β€” the main appeal is open space and animals.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Pack food and water β€” no cafe on site
⏰Hand sanitiser is useful after the farm area
🎟️Free parking is available at the park entrance
πŸš—The riverside and woodland paths are pushchair-accessible on the main routes

β€œPark massive and plenty to see, have benches popped around the park. They have small farm at park as well. Downside no facilities to have coffee/ wash hands. For a park this side and an attraction for families. You would think they would have toilets 🚻. Easy to get to, parking available. Ideal for afternoon out.”
