1 / 2Flip Out Manchester Trampoline & Adventure Park
📍 Manchester, North West
Manchester's largest indoor adventure park with trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, climbing walls, soft play, laser maze, go-karts, and foam pits. Dedicated toddler and ASD-friendly sessions available. On-site café and free parking.
Fantastic location for the kids with lots of stuff to keep them entertained for hours. Lots of trampolines, slides and climbing to do. Our daughter had a fantastic time and for the price it’s well worth it, she didn’t want to leave. Was very busy when we went but if you check in online and sign the waiver online going through the reception was seamless and easy process. Good selection of food and drinks also with a separate quieter cafe if you want to get away from the main arena. Good location and easy to get to with lots of parking. Really good venue and we will be back
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for active families with children aged 4 and up who want to cover a lot of ground in one session — the variety across 16 attractions keeps energy levels high for hours. Toddler sessions are a genuine differentiator for families with under-5s. Pre-book online and sign the waiver in advance to skip the queue at the door.

“had a great time at Flip Out Manchester! The place is packed with activities including trampolines, obstacle courses, and climbing walls that keep both kids and adults entertained for hours. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything felt safe and well organised. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was energetic, and there was plenty of space so it never felt overcrowded. Perfect for birthdays, family days out, or just burning off some energy. Definitely coming back!”

“Great for kids although jump starts at 10 and it was still being set up at 10:20am (opens at 9:45) lots of waiting around. Parents/carers however, the cafe is limited. No decaf, no hot chocolate working, coffee was absolutely vile, no alternative teas just 'normal' tea. Won't be rushing back.”

“The trampoline park is a fantastic place for children to burn off energy, with a wide variety of activities that cater to all ages and interests. From dodgeball areas to foam pits, obstacle courses, and, of course, ample trampoline zones, the setup is definitely appealing for kids looking to have a fun time. My child had a great time jumping around, and it’s clear that the park is well-designed to keep children entertained and active. One highlight is the convenience of the upstairs café, which serves snacks and drinks and offers a good variety of options to suit both children and adults. The seating area near the café also allows parents to relax while still keeping an eye on their children through the large windows. This feature makes the trampoline park a good spot for parents who want to take a break while their kids play. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, specifically regarding the level of staff supervision and enforcement of safety rules. While there are employees around, there didn’t seem to be enough staff actively monitoring the different areas, especially during busier times. Additionally, the enforcement of safety rules felt lax. For instance, some children were jumping in zones clearly marked for specific age groups or activities, and it didn't seem like the staff were stepping in to correct this. Enhanced monitoring could prevent potential injuries and ensure that everyone can enjoy their experience in a safe environment. Overall, the trampoline park is a great place for kids to have fun and explore a variety of activities, but I would appreciate more active staff involvement to improve safety.”
