“I booked a party for my 6 year old daughter at Funky Monkeys West Bromwich and I was so pleased with the service we received. From the staff who greeted us as we arrived to our own party host Ava, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. It was really well organised and Ava talked me through how everything would go and made my daughters party run smoothly and efficiently, she was also really kind and approachable. The food was good and there was lots of it and the ice cream went down well. I was able to decorate our party room and we had tables reserved in the main room for guests. The cake I provided was all taken care of and Ava was just so thoughtful. I can thoroughly recommend this venue for a really well organised and welcoming place that take care of all the details for you. Thank you all so much. My daughter loved her party!”

“Took my little one here today and she absolutely loved it. The soft play was great and kept her happy the whole time. It was nice and clean, and looked modern and up to date! While we were there, there was a bit of an incident with another customer who was quite rude to the staff, but the lady working (I think her name was Isabelle) handled it really well and stayed polite and calm throughout. When it was my turn to be served, she was still lovely and friendly. She even chatted to my daughter about her teddy and gave them both scented stickers, which totally made her day. My little girl hasn't stopped talking about it and is already excited to go back. Big thank you to Isabelle for being so kind and professional it really made our visit. Little one can’t wait to visit again!”

“We hold memberships for both our children and visit at least once a week. No matter which day we go the staff are always lovely and the soft play the cleanest by far. There is a separate baby and toddler area perfect for babies. The pretend play area is updated with new additions regularly and items actually washed. Lots of sensory items on the walls to engage children. The toilet facilities very clean and monitored throughout the day. Tables are cleaned regularly and even the highchairs are spotless. Food is a bit pricey but other than that can't complain. Our boys always have a fantastic time and find something to entertain themselves.”

“Excellent visit again this morning as always. The facility is fantastic and the staff are outstanding. My son loves his weekly visit to funky monkeys. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, amazing value for money as well. We have visited a few soft play centres but this is Logan’s favourite by far. The staff always take time out to speak to him. Food and drinks menu is great and excellent value too.”
