Me and hubby went to the 18+ session this weekend , the kids love it here so we thought why no try it out ae!🀣 Got me and ma mans joints going, no had that kindae exercise in years !!! Absolutely brilliant me and hubby had a blast ! The cafe was equally brilliant with bargain prices such as lattes for £2.80! Served by a lovely group of young ladies and all the staff were so helpful. Will defos be coming back with and without the bairns for a great time again!!!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 3-12 who want variety across soft play, obstacles, and arcade in one visit. The adult sessions are a genuine draw for parents who want their own turn on the ninja course. Parking on arrival can be difficult β€” allow extra time or use public transport. Closely supervise young children in the main frame areas.

β€œAvoid this venue. The structure has not been built correctly resulting in two young children with injuries after falling from an unsecured area. One child has a fractured wrist and another dislocated their knee. Funparx were made aware and continued to allow children on to the frame when surely an incident such as this warrants a full site inspection of any other safety issues. They have not contacted the parents to ask how the kids are and have instead chosen to ignore any correspondence! Shocking behaviour from a family venue! Pictures clearly show the soft play steps haven’t been secured into place in multiple areas. Update they replied to an email refusing to correspond and would only deal with communication via insurance shocking response showing significant lack of care towards their customers and young children using their venue”
