1 / 3Horseferry Playground
π London, Greater London
Free enclosed playground in Victoria Tower Gardens featuring a sandpit, swings, wide slide, dance chimes, and Thames-themed water play installation. Views of Parliament, the Shard, and St Paul's Cathedral. Seasonal opening hours apply.
Lovely little playground, very peaceful, calming area overlooking the Thames. Β£.20 bathroom located right next to it.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families visiting Westminster or the South Bank who want a calm, high-quality play stop with genuinely outstanding views. The sandpit is a standout feature for younger children and the enclosed design suits toddlers upward. Quieter than Jubilee Gardens with a more relaxed atmosphere β a better choice when crowds are a concern.
