1 / 3Charlton Park
đ London, Greater London
Large open park in Charlton featuring a well-equipped playground, skatepark, football pitches, wildflower areas, and a historic house. Free entry and free parking. On-site cafe next to the playground.
Such an amazing park as it is huge. Plenty of space to have a picnic, bikes, skate and there playground is super nice. Well keprt and clean. There are lots of birds around as well as dogs playing.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with mixed ages who want space to spread out â skaters, footballers, and younger playground users can each find their zone. The free entry and parking make it a practical choice for regular visits. Families with young children should be comfortable around a high volume of off-lead dogs throughout the grounds.

âA large open park with many facilities such a football pitch areas, children's play area, cafe, skate board course, historic house and so on. Off street parking is useful but not obvious.â

âI recently visited Charlton House which has a beautiful park filled with vibrant wildflowers. It was such a delightful experience! The park had ample space for kids to run around and play. The wildflowers added such a lovely touch to the park's atmosphere and made it feel like a peaceful oasis.â

âOne of my local parts, it's a great park with nice open spaces. Good for taking friends or pets out on walks. And you even get the occasional bit of wildlife to go with! There are better parks than this it must be said, but this one is okay.â
