1 / 2Knockhatch Adventure Park
π Hailsham, Greater London
Full-day East Sussex attraction with Jungle Kingdom zoo including lemur encounters, Dragon Castle adventure playground, water slides, splash pads, owl displays, Sherlock Holmes Experience, and Lost World Playbarn for wet-weather days.
We got our tickets by using Tesco vouchers which was great for the 4 of us. The queue to get in was quite long because it was so busy due to it being half term but it didn't take too long to get it in. There are so many things to do here. Lots of different playgrounds, inside and out, that kept us all very entertained. The best one was the giant wooden castle which was outside and perfect to let the kids run around in whilst you sit there having a coffee. Whilst there, we squeezed in seeing as many animals as we could which were all lovely to see. Meerkats were our favourite. I'd highly recommend this place if you have kids and we are looking forward to our next visit
π Family Action Verdict
A strong full-day choice for families with children across a wide age range. The mix of animals, rides, water features, and indoor play means multiple activity streams running simultaneously. Visit outside peak school holidays to avoid queues at food outlets. Water slide fans should check seasonal opening before visiting.

βVisited Knockhatch and had a really good day out overall. Thereβs loads to do for kids of all ages, both indoors and outdoors, which is great whatever the weather. The rides and play areas kept everyone entertained for hours. The animals were nice to see and the park felt well laid out, so it was easy to get around without feeling rushed. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed assistance. Some areas could do with a little updating and queues can build up at busy times, but it didnβt take away from the enjoyment of the day. Overall, a fun family attraction and a great place to burn off energy. Weβd definitely consider visiting again.β

βI absolutely love Knockhatch. I visit family in Eastbourne every summer and every year we go to Knockhatch. It's great value for money with it including the animals, indoor and outdoor play areas, rides and the water play! It isn't too pricey either for food and is always clean and well managed. On our last visit, my baby got stung by a wasp, where her hand proceeded to swell. The staff were absolutely amazing with helping her, they attended to her straight away and we're really pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend Knockhatch to any age!β
