“We visited Midlands Karting in Fradley today for one of their new bambino sessions and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. My 5-year-old has wanted to try karting for such a long time but was always too young, so when we saw they now had brand new karts for children aged 4–6, we booked straight away. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The whole team made us feel at ease, and the organisation was fantastic. Tommy’s instructor, Stu, was absolutely brilliant. He was kind, calm and really informative, and somehow managed to keep a VERY excited 5-year-old focused and listening! He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure Tommy understood exactly what to do and, most importantly, that he was safe and confident before getting started. It was worth every penny. Seeing how much Tommy loved it and how proud he was afterwards made the whole experience so special. As a parent, it was so reassuring knowing he was in safe hands and being looked after properly. We highly recommend the bambino session to anyone with young children who are interested in karting. We will definitely be back to book more sessions. “I have been taking my 8 year old to midland karting for the last few months doing things like open races, standard session, race school 1 on 1 tuition with Dan, mechanic club and championship rounds. First thing I noticed is the family feel about the place staff are very friendly and helpful and all have a passion for what they do it seems more than a job them they have made me and my son feel very welcome even the other regulars customers are very friendly and welcoming too. The 1 on 1 with Dan is well worth the money he was brilliant with my boy and taught him more in 1 hour than anyone has before him can’t recommend Dan enough. The karting aside the mechanic club is very educational Stu and Dave were very good explaining how the kart was checked and the drivetrain was check and explained how it all worked even I learnt something just watching. Claire is the first person we see when we get the track most of the time and she is always happy to see us and is very knowledgeable about everything Karting and always happy to help. “I took my 5 year old to Midland Karting for a one hour bambino session. My son loved the session, i enjoyed watching and felt he was in a safe and professional environment. The team at MK slowly eased him in the session increasing speed as they felt safe to do so. They not only got my 5 year old going round the track, he was coached on racing lines, cornering, listening to instructions and stopping safely. The staff were very friendly and looked after myself and my son. I couldnt be more impressed with this service, we will certainly be continuing his training at MK.
