1 / 2Norbury Hall Park
📍 London, Greater London
Small wooded park in Norbury where tame squirrels eat from your hand. Pram-friendly paths, benches, and volunteer-maintained grounds. No playground equipment — this is a nature walk destination.
This is absolutely one of the hidden gems in the concrete jungle. Surrounded by houses and very busy main street but when you enter inside it's isolated from any city noises. Few benches and some seating areas allows you to cool down and relax in this small green spot.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children who find wildlife more compelling than climbing frames. Toddlers and primary-age kids who enjoy animal encounters will love the squirrel feeding. Pair it with a picnic on the benches for a relaxed outing. Not worth the trip if your children need structured play equipment.

“Nice small wooded park. Full of tame squirrels who you can feed by hand. I found it to be clean as we saw volunteers litter picking on a Sunday.”

“It was actually quite cool, I loved seeing the Birds, Squirrels and Parrots! It’s nice for a stroll to clear your mind but there should be an area with swings, slides and climbing frames so children can play on. 4/5!”
