“I wanted to leave a review to recognise Carl, who works at the gym. He is honestly the only member of staff who consistently greets me when I walk in. He is always happy, friendly, and welcoming, which makes such a difference to the overall atmosphere. Carl regularly walks around the gym floor checking that everything is okay and asking if I’m alright or if I need any help. It’s reassuring to know someone is approachable and genuinely cares about the members. On the days Carl isn’t working, the experience feels very different. When I’ve asked other staff for help, they often seem unsure or tell me to come back another day. In contrast, Carl never puts things off — he helps straight away or makes sure I get the support I need. Carl is a real asset to the gym, and his customer service does not go unnoticed. Thank you for having such a dedicated and supportive member of staff.”
