I spent a wonderful couple of hours at a true hidden gem of a museum today. While not sprawling, it packs a punch with its unique exhibits. Step aboard two authentic Victoria Line tube carriages, marvel at the intricate model railway, and explore a captivating display of firefighting history. The highlight for many will be the impressive working steam engines, housed within the museum's original pump house. Be sure to utilize the superb audio guides by scanning the QR codes throughout your visit – they truly enhance the experience. The dedicated volunteers contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. With a convenient café and clean facilities. Admission is free, with donations warmly welcomed.

A lovely museum that is free to go in and have a look around. Also has a cafe and exhibitions going on and a workshop. It also has toilets if you need a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. Will definitely come back and go to a workshop or exhibition.

Great dining experience. The food was spectacular. Please ensure to notify the chef of your diet requirements. Dining on a tube carriage was unique. Definitely recommend it.
