1 / 2Adswood Park
📍 Stockport, North West
A well-maintained free park in Stockport with a playground for ages 4–12, mature trees, wildflower plots attracting jays and butterflies, and concrete pathways throughout. The entrance opens directly onto a busy road with no gate.
Nice small park. On busy road with no gate at entrance/exit so be careful if you have small children or a dog. Small playground area. Really clean. Fabulous trees.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 4–12 who want a clean, nature-rich local park without crowds. The wildflower and tree planting rewards curious children interested in wildlife. Families with toddlers or dogs need to be vigilant at the unguarded road entrance — supervise closely on the way in and out.
