1 / 3Lexi Cinema
📍 London, Greater London
Two-screen independent cinema run by volunteer staff donating 100% of profits to charity. Offers relaxed screenings designed for children's first cinema visits, baby-friendly sessions, and a cafe bar with reasonably priced food and drinks.
What a quaint and delightful experience. Staff are very professional and generally friendly, drunks selection is very reasonable for such a petite operation, and the decor presents beautifully. Seats were comfortable, audio was decent and the overall viewing experience was faultless. This company also contributes to charitable institutions both lovely and internationally, thereby setting a great example to others and hopefully encouraging plenty of attendees to choose Lexi over other cinemas. Highly recommended!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
An excellent choice for a child's first cinema visit, or for families who want a calm, non-corporate atmosphere. Relaxed screenings are specifically designed for children who need more freedom to move or react during films. The two-screen setup keeps it intimate and unhurried.

“This place makes me question whether I ever want to go to an actual cinema again. Independent cinemas are the way forward. Everything about this place was just absolutely spectacular, It was somehow very different from a standard cinema in a shopping center. Warm and welcoming and truly cared for. The recycling is one thing that really stood out for me.”

“It was my first time there as they had a relaxed screening which was perfect for my son who has never gone to a cinema before. Staff were super friendly and the cinema was super comfy. We will definitely be coming again. Would rather come here than go to a major cinema chain. See you guys soon.”
