1 / 3Lymington Road Estate Natural Play Area
đ London, Greater London
Small and well-equipped playground near Finchley Road and West Hampstead stations, with toddler swings, bigger-kid swings, slides, seesaw, climbing structures, and open running space. Trains pass nearby, adding entertainment for young children.
Good little playground in a good area. It has a slide, seesaw, swings for toddlers and bigger kids, also there is enough space to run around. I come here often with my boys and they love to run around and watch the trains. The location is great because it's very close to Finchley Road and West Hampstead.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children up to 6 who want a quick, calm play session without the noise of larger facilities. The compact layout makes it easy to manage multiple young children simultaneously. Transport-dependent families find the location particularly convenient.

âPerfect for toddler/small kids. It is not a big playground but has more than basic equipment you expect for a playground. Usually not very crowded.â
