“Went to watch the ENHYPEN VR CONCERT: IMMERSION today & loved it. Very interactive even before the show, Sheplo made it great/funny by helping Engene’s trade photocards before the show. Lovely experience.”

“The staff are really friendly,however, I felt that the overall experience could have been better, especially considering the price. I paid £5 for a popcorn, and it was completely cold when I received it. I also paid £18 for the ticket, which is quite expensive, and throughout the movie I could clearly hear the sound from the screen next door. For that price, I would expect much better sound insulation, overall acoustics in the theatre along with more comfortable seating. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors.”

“Absolutely loved the place! Sound system is very good and staff are very polite. However they need to start checking if people are seated in their correct seats. Had two ladies behind me bickering and they had moved from the front seats to the middle. However, staff member came over to me infront of a packed cinema & told me she had moved them. No manners as now they knew it was me. The situation could have been dealt with professionalism! Common sense”
