1 / 3Riverside Drive Playground
đ Richmond, Greater London
Free, quiet playground on Riverside Drive in Richmond with equipment across two separate zones for younger and older children. Spacious lawns adjoin the play area. Horses kept next door delight younger visitors.
A bit off the track, this playground is lovely for both very young and older kids. The grass space next to it is ideal for older siblings wanting to play football. Next door there are horses that never fail to excite the youngest kids. Some of the apparatus are quite different from many other playgrounds and the kids love them
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children spanning toddler to early teen age who want a relaxed playground session without crowds. The two-zone layout means younger and older children can play independently at a comfortable distance. The neighbouring horses add genuine excitement for toddlers at no extra effort.

âNice playground for smaller and big kids. It is quite spacious so kids have place to run and it is divided into 2 areas. Also there is green lawn outside and river is only few minutes walk away. When we came on Sunday morning nobody was there and it was quiet and relaxing. My son was enjoying it :)â
