Brilliant big park with a range of equipment for lots of ages! Can get a bit slippery if it's raining but still very much playable in the rain. There's loads of space for playing hide and seek too. Swings, zip slides, chutes, pirate ship, climbing frame, etc with a few accessible pieces there too.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

A free playground that delivers well above typical council expectations for families with children aged 2-8. Secure fencing makes it manageable for mixed-age groups. Surfaces can become slippery during and after rain β€” dry weather visits are significantly better. The wider Rouken Glen park extends the day comfortably with walks and a garden centre.

β€œVery nice playground, excellent for the ages 2-5. There are plenty of places for them to explore, apart from the older children section.”

β€œThe kids enjoyed the park is good for a free park. They also had a bouncy slide and castle and one round about ride that did spoil it a bit for me but my 3 year old didn't seem to mind and all we did not visit the cafe or garden center except to see if they had a cash point they didn't tho. The walks look good and I will visit again with my eldest to try them.”
