Helpful staff, good ambiance, good selection of films. Would highly recommend this community cinema. Wide selection of alternative snacks .. you may be advised to take cash as a back up to card, as on odd occasions the internet let's the card machine down! This does not affect the movie however.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families who value community atmosphere and regular monthly film events over catching the latest releases. The kids' packs add genuine value to family screenings, and the food selection — particularly the pies — draws repeat visitors. Bring cushions for the bench seating and cash as a backup for card payments.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

Carry cash as a backup; card machines can drop when internet is unreliable
🎟️Pre-order kids' packs for family screenings — they include drinks, snacks, and fruit
🚗Try the pies from the on-site pie company; multiple reviewers rate them highly

Love this place. Great cinema, shows a good mix of films and has really welcoming food and great pies too! Go for the films and the pies!

Easy to book tickets online or at the door and they take card payments. A nice selection of snacks and drinks to buy in the reception area and also some tables and seating. Screen and audio are fine. All tickets purchased with unallocated seating but plenty of choice. Bench seating in the cinema is comfortable enough. A good selection of screenings including family films every month on a Saturday including old favourites and recent releases. Order in advance for children's packs at the family screenings - contains a drink, sweets, popcorn and fruit bites - really good value. A great little independent cinema run by a friendly group of staff.
