From the very first email, she was understanding, patient, and genuinely keen to find a solution. Thanks to her support, everything was resolved smoothly and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare —thoughtful, efficient, and truly human. It made a big difference, and I’m very grateful. Thank you, Anne, for going the extra mile! Gabrielle

“I went to see a movie, Marcello mio, and I was impressed by the great big screen, the very nice brasserie within the building, the great decor that is grand and tasteful, and the grandeur of it all ! Plus the sound quality was great, and even the toilets were squeaky clean. This is a gem of a place! I highly recommend it! And not just for the movies they screen ( all great and most of them are not mainstream ) but for the whole ambience.”

“Saw a wonderful, intimate performance by Fiona Monbet and her musicians. Excellent show, wonderful acoustics. One slight problem for me: the room was too warm. Otherwise, it was perfect. Update: I returned recently for another show, and the climate control was working perfectly.”

“Went recently to attend a screening for the Korean Film Festival. Facilities are comfortable and good for a film festival screening. The room seemed more like an auditorium than a cinema, but had lots of space and legroom and I could still see the screen well from the back of the room. The toilets are very small though and only have two cubicles, so the line can get very long before/after a film.”
