1 / 3Colliers Wood Recreation Ground
π London, Greater London
Free community park in Colliers Wood with playground equipment, seasonal paddle pool, basketball, tennis and table tennis courts, outdoor gym, and large green space for picnics and ball games. Pram-friendly throughout with free parking.
Nice place for kids to play and adults to do some sport really relaxing even just to read a book!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for mixed-age families who want a free, varied outdoor space in one location. Younger children get the playground and paddle pool; older children and adults have the sports courts and open sports ground. The paddle pool is the standout draw in summer. Dogs and ball games are both well catered for in the grassed areas.

βLovely local park - playground and paddle pool for the kids; table tennis, basket ball and tennis courts for the older ones and great big sports ground for throwing tennis balls for the fur beasts. The only reason I can think that a few people gave it bad reviews is because they want to keep it a secret! πβ

βA virginly beautiful and peaceful place for recreation and picnic at 7-8 minutes from Coleles Wood, today seems even more hospitable because of the beautiful sunny weather. I recommend! 5 starsβ

βThis park is great. I love th outside gym bit. I donβt think Iβve ever seen anyone on it though - perhaps maybe in January just to kill of the New Yearβs resolution by Feb! Itβs a great park with great facilities as you can see from my pictures. Right next to Singlegate school too so really convenient for parents and kids after school when the weatherβs nice. Love itβ
