1 / 2Moorside Park
π Manchester, North West
Community park in Swinton with astro turf football pitches, basketball courts, skate ramp, and children's playground. The 1.3km perimeter path suits joggers and pushchairs alike. Free entry with on-road parking.
Lovely outdoor space, the distance of the perimeter around the park is about 1.3km which makes it perfect for counting your kilometer runs. The park is perfect for spending time with the family, it's got a public football astro, with basketball nets, low quality astro more like carpet but great for taking a fall whilst playing. There's a little skate park, to and a small park for the little kids with swings. The park is also resident to moorside rangers football club with their own 3g astro turf, with plenty of car park space..
π Family Action Verdict
Best for active families with children who want to move between football, basketball, skating, and playground equipment in one visit. The flat terrain and pram-friendly paths make it accessible for all ages.

βI love this park it has everything from football courts/fields to a skate ramp to children's play area and lot's more. I walk across it nearly everyday and there's always lot's of people on enjoying the different activities. It's always well maintained by the council and in hot weather it's were everyone seems to be. Overall a really lovely park ππΌππ―β
