Decent size playground, few climbing frames suitable for different ages, upgraded since I used to come here with older son. Varying landscape (shame the grass was all burnt out) and lots of benches! It’s next to train track so the little budding trainspotters & transport enthusiasts cheered passing trains. Little bit of shade. Not much space close by to set up a picnic, but altogether a very enjoyable place, judging by the fun kids had! Large paddling pool, looked perfect for the hot day but was being cleaned the day we visited.
