1 / 3Primrose Hill Playground
đ London, Greater London
Sensory-focused playground up to age 12 with wheelchair-accessible water play, large raised sandpit, musical floor, scramble net, swings, and roundabout. Children's toilets and baby change accessible directly from the playground.
Nice park for kids to play while parents enjoy their coffee.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children up to about 8 who enjoy messy sensory play â sand and water are the heart of this playground, not climbing frames or slides. The direct cafe and toilet access makes extended visits easy for parents.

âIf you have taken the steps up to the top of primrose hill you will see the words. I conversed with the spiritual sun. I saw him on primrose hill. These words were spoken by behemoth poet William Blake. They could have been said by any and all who venture here. Lovely on a hot summers day, the top of the hill gets a nice breeze keeping you cooler than anywhere else in the park else so that's a quick tip. Bring a camera for possibly one of the best views of London you will find and a genuinely nice big park with regents park and London zoo next to it and within the park there is a playground for families.â

âNice playground for children with sand, water and swings. There are no slides, but there is a water pump and a balance frame. Toilets for children and a cafe are accessible from the playground directly and the toilet for adults is just outside.â

âLovely playground in the middle of Primrose Hill, with a very capable cafeteria selling cold and hot beverages and pastries. Also has very clean and safe toilets for kids and a sand area to playâ

Overview
Primrose Hill playground centres on a beach-style area with water pump, raised sandpit table, and wheelchair-accessible water channels. A musical floor, giant scramble net, wobbly bridge, tree log features, and climbing nets complete the equipment. Swings and a roundabout cover more traditional play. A cafe sells hot and cold drinks and pastries and is accessible directly from the playground, as are children's toilets with baby change.
